David is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.B.A.) He began his career as a financial advisor at MetLife in 2004. He continued as an advisor with MassMutual in 2013.
In 2018, he founded Troutman Financial Group LLC and serves as President and Investment Advisor Representative. He is licensed in OH, PA, NH, VA, FL, and CA.
David's mission is to reduce the complexity of financial planning and build wealth for his clients. He serves others through ongoing wealth management and implementing legacy building strategies.
David enjoys spending time with his family and friends the most; he has 1 daughter, Adriana and 1 son, Anthony. David's other interests include travel, fitness, and fishing.
He is an active member of Toastmasters International and the Rotary Club of Boardman. David attends St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Boardman.
